BMS Wushu will help you to get fit. In each class you progress at your own level of learning and your own degree of fitness. It does not matter how fit or unfit you think you are. You will still be able to make measurable gains in our classes.

BMS Wushu is thoroughly contemporary in its approach to self defence. We focus on principle and positioning strategy over individual technique. Translated in plain English this means that you learn to use your own strengths and abilities to advantage to overcome an opponent in a confrontation.
